Asia returns with album "Phoenix"

The original line-up of Asia is back with their first CD since 1983's Alpha, titled Phoenix.
With a revered musical pedigree, Geoff Downes (Yes, The Buggles), Steve Howe (Yes), Carl Palmer (ELP), and John Wetton (King Crimson) have returned to their hit making roots. Featuring the anthemic lead track "Never Again", and the poignant "An Extraordinary Life," Asia's revived the sound that made them radio staples.
Asia is a rock group formed in 1981. The band was labelled a supergroup and included former members of veteran progressive rock bands Yes, King Crimson, and Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Uriah Heep, U.K., Roxy Music, Wishbone Ash and The Buggles. Their debut album Asia in 1982 was the biggest selling album of the year.
According to Asia's official reunion site, the band will play songs from this album on the 2008 leg of their world tour.
